Apostle Dr.
A. Juanita Armour
Founder
Apostle Dr. A. Juanita Armour is a product of the Newark, NJ, public school system. She is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 10. Apostle Armour acknowledged the call on her life in July of 1993. Since her initial sermon in August of 1993, she has ministered to many via Youth Workshops, Women’s Conferences, etc. Apostle Armour served the leaders of the ministries where she was a member in many capacities before founding Resurrection Outreach Ministries, the head church of the fellowship, in June of 2004. She launched RWWFMC in October of 2011. Her promotion as an Apostle was affirmed on April 9th, 2011. In December 2018, she launched Broken Crayons Still Color, a ministry designed to uplift, counsel, encourage and discuss issues regarding people dealing with mental health matters. In June 2019, Apostle Armour started "WINS “day-night Live sessions of Loving The Me I See, a forum where she promotes healing and self-love.
Apostle Elsie Wyatt

Apostle Elsie Wyatt, a dynamic woman of God born in Newark, NJ, is a mother of 5 and grandmother of 7. On October 1st, 2016, Apostle joined Overseer Larry Wyatt in Holy Matrimony. Through this union, she gained three sons Joshua, Jordan, and Brandon. As a child, Apostle Wyatt endured being battered, abused, and molested. She realized that she didn’t experience that pain and hurt for herself but to help other women who are victims. God gave her a passion and a vision, birthing out a Ministry: “Battered, Abused but Not Abandoned,” a ministry for women bringing healing across this nation, hurting and broken women who are lost and helping them find their way back to life, their family, and to God. On October 16th, 2011, Apostle Wyatt had the first launching service for “Life After Death Prophetic Ministries.” Her promotion as an Apostle was affirmed on May 20th, 2017. Apostle Wyatt graduated from cosmetology school in February 2017. Since then, she has started two businesses BNQ Hair that Pays, and Queens Designz, in March 2017. In July of 2019, she published her first book “Healed Without a Scar” which can be found for purchase on Amazon. In July of 2021, she started the Prophetic Bootcamp, a 12-week training class to help prophets cultivate their gift.


Overseer Dameon Armour
Overseer Dameon Armour is the eldest son of Apostle Dr. Juanita Armour. He graduated 5th in his class at Weequahic High School. He is the father of Destiny Rose. He received Christ in his teenage years during his membership at Clear View Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Eric Beckham. He was a faithful member of the Young Adult Choir and the Mass Choir. During this time, he also started a group called “High Calling” In June of 2003, Pastor Armour would leave Clear View Baptist Church to assist his mother in the start of her ministry. With the suggestion of his younger brother Elder Reginald Atkins III, he would host the first Gospel Café and S.H.E.D. He preached his initial sermon in 2007. While holding the position of “Minister of Music” he would show that he had the heart of his leader and began to assist behind the scenes for the upkeep of the ministry. August 20th, 2022, Pastor Armour was ordained as Overseer.
